Hello and welcome to the landing page for Race Ready!
As this business launches, a more comprehensive webpage will be in place (it is currently just this, as the fun parts are still being cooked up) with full breakdown of services. We are receiving emails, regarding service and shop information – a business phone line ought to be live my mid-February.
Race Ready is your one-stop-shop for all things mountain bike related, based in Richmond, VT. We do full servicing on suspension, from seal replacements to damper rebuilds, the latter using the twin-tank beast vacuum bleeder from Laba7! In an effort to be as well-rounded as possible, typical mechanic work is also part of our offerings: brake bleed, drivetrain overhaul, wheel building – Race Ready Tuning isn’t just a business name, it’s our goal!
Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10-4, with our in-a-pinch weekend phone line becoming available once summer rolls around – we understand that sometimes, our bikes don’t always want to play nice in accordance to set business hours. The shop will be open for you to swing by with a question or concern about your bike, as well as purchasing bits and bobs. With that is mind, we will be keeping it Old School by providing our services by appointment via your arrival through the front door, call, text, or email. Once your spot in line is confirmed, we welcome you dropping off your bike or suspension ahead of time to keep the workload rolling. If you have difficulty getting away from work or home, we will be making pick-up and drop-off available for a nominal fee (this will be limited to a 15-mile radius from the shop typically, but again, we will try to work with you if you are in a pinch); on-the-spot-drop-in will also be available for small tasks as mention above, you shouldn’t have to wait for a chain install or quick brake bleed! Always feel free to call in with any inquiries about open service slots or please-my-bike-just-quit-and-I’m-riding-with-my-friends-tomorrow (or racing!) “emergencies”.
Keep an eye out on our instagram for updates, and thank you for tuning in, we look forward to making your bike ride faster in 2026 and beyond!

How do I ride a bike?
Carefully.
Do I need to be a huge nerd like you to benefit from Race Ready’s services?
Not at all! Everyone’s bike needs to be maintained and kept in race-ready condition! ; )
How are the brands selected?
Y’know how wizards choose their wands? Nothing like that.
Is there a member’s only club?
What? No, that’s crazy… there is definitely not an club that meets weekly, where the initiation challenge involves doing a wheelie… no, no, that’s nothing.
